These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the VANTAGE platform ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Nature of the Service
VANTAGE is a market-signal platform that provides analytical signals intended to assist users in evaluating market conditions. VANTAGE is not a broker. VANTAGE does not execute trades. VANTAGE does not provide individualized investment advice.
2. No Guarantee of Results
Signals are informational and decision-support tools. Trading involves substantial risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results. No signal system can eliminate losses.
3. User Responsibilities
Users are solely responsible for their own trading decisions, position sizing, risk management, and account management. Users should consult a qualified financial professional regarding their individual circumstances.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Access to the Service is provided through a subscription plan. Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access remains available until the end of your current billing period.
5. TradingView Access
VANTAGE access is provisioned through a protected TradingView indicator. Access is subject to account eligibility and VANTAGE access provisioning. VANTAGE does not guarantee automatic provisioning of TradingView script access.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to share, resell, or redistribute access to the Service. You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or expose the proprietary VANTAGE indicator or algorithm logic.
7. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activity.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VANTAGE shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any signal provided.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
